外国人に道を聞かれたことはありませんか？

なんとか身振り手振りなどで伝えたけれど、本当にわかったかな～と思った経験はありませんか？

日本を観光で訪れる外国人の方は過去最高になっていて、今後も道を聞かれる機会も少なからずあるはずです。

ということで、今回は道案内の表現を集めました。

道を聞くときの表現

Could you tell me how to get to the station?
駅までの道を教えてもらえませんか。

Could you tell me where Hibiya park is?
日比谷公園がどこにあるか教えてもらえませんか。

Do you know where I can find a post office?
郵便局がどこにあるかご存知ですか。

Can you help me find Hilton Hotel?
ヒルトンホテルまではどうやって行ったらいいでしょうか。

How can I get to Ueno station?
上野駅にはどう行ったらいいですか。

Where is the closest station?
一番近い駅はどこですか。

I’m lost.
道に迷ってしまいました。

道案内の表現

Go down this street, you’ll find the station on your right.
この道に沿って行ってください。そうすれば右側に駅があります。

Go straight this street and turn right at the traffic light. It’s between a convenience store and a car park.
この道をまっすぐ行って、信号を右に曲がってください。コンビニと駐車場の間にあります。

Go past a school and turn left at a post office. It’s opposite a flower shop.
学校を過ぎて、郵便局のところを左に曲がってください。花屋の向かい側にあります。

Turn the right at the second corner. You’ll find it just before a department store.
二つ目の角を右に曲がってください。 デパートの手前にあります。

Go along this wall for a few minutes. It’s across the street from a police box.
この壁に沿って数分歩いてください。交番の道を挟んだ向かい側にあります。

Stay on this street. It’s at the end of this street.
この道を歩いてください。この道の終わりにあります。

Go under the overpass. It’s next to a park.
高架下をくぐってください。公園の隣にあります。

Cross over the next pedestrian overpass.
次の歩道橋を渡ってください。

It’s on this street. Go over the bridge. It’s about five minutes.

この道沿いにあります。橋を渡ってください。５分くらいです。

It’s near the station.
駅の近くにあります。

It’s right here.
（地図などを見ながら）ここです。

It’s that way.
（方向を指して）あっちの方です。

I’m not sure where that is.
すみません、その場所はわかりません。
